Aca-connect creates avenues for faculty and students of partner academic institutions to immerse in real-life peace and development programming environments to deepen their application and understanding of the theories and concepts acquired in their academic studies. It offers opportunities for cross-cultural engagements and learning to prepare the next generation of peacebuilders and development practitioners through exposure to the complex nodes and niches of development issues that plague the people they seek to help.
