This final report, submitted to Welthungerhilfe by Collaborating for Resilience in partnership with the Institute for Peace and Development, presents a program-wide evaluation of Phase 2 of the Land for Life (LfL) initiative in Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Liberia, and Sierra Leone. The evaluation's goal was to document the outcomes of this phase and generate lessons to inform the design of the next and final phase. A key concern was the sustainability and longevity of the LfL Multi-Stakeholder Platforms (MAPs). It assessed achievements against expected results, intermediate outcomes, the pertinence, and effectiveness of the LfL approach. The evaluation identified challenges and mapped future resources needed. The evaluation used both summative and formative approaches.
