This project evaluation report for Phase V was prepared by the Institute for Peace and Development for the Symposium of Episcopal Conferences of Africa and Madagascar (SECAM) and MISEREOR, Germany. The evaluation analyzes the outcomes and impact of SECAM’s governance, justice, peace, and development activities. The report recommends strategies and focal areas for the upcoming Phase VI. It assesses the relevance and effectiveness of SECAM's strategies and documents the contribution of the project to regional and international bodies. The evaluation combines summative and formative evaluation approaches using the OECD DAC criteria.
