Connect For Peace (C4P) Endline Evaluation

This endline evaluation report, conducted by the Institute for Peace and Development in March–April 2020, documents key findings, lessons, and recommendations from an evaluation of the Connect For Peace (C4P) project. The evaluation, acknowledged by CRS Liberia and USAID, assessed the relevance, appropriateness of design and strategies, effectiveness of interventions, and efficiency of service delivery. It also explored C4P’s contributions to peace, reconciliation, and social cohesion in Nimba County, Liberia. The methodology employed a mixed design, including a desk review, a household survey of 431 participants, key informant interviews, focus group discussions, and an "After-Action Reflection" workshop.
