This final report was submitted by the Institute for Peace and Development to Plan International, Germany. This is a feasibility study on a programme to stop Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C). Its primary purpose was to assess the feasibility of innovative interventions conceptualized to eradicate FGM/C in Guinea and Kenya. The study covered an analysis of intervention contexts, stakeholder identification and analysis (at continental, regional, national, and subnational levels), SWOT analysis, risk assessment, and the framework for operationalising the "Do No Harm" principle. Data was collected using a mixed-method approach.
